At Market Buffet BBQ and Smokehouse, we love our smokers! So much so, that we made it a part of our new name. With two smokers going nonstop, we have lots of meat and other treats from you to choose from.

Did you know – It takes approximately 1.5 hours to smoke one pound of meat? Yes, you could try it at home but, who’s got the time? Don’t worry, we’ve done the job for you. We smoke our meat, low and slow, ensuring that it’s tender and tasty!
Have you ever wondered what gives Market Buffet smoked meat its taste?
First, we pre make all of our own rubs from scratch and generously apply them to all our meats. We let them sit for a full 12 hours before putting them in the smoker and take advantage letting all of the flavour soak in.
Second, it’s all in the wood. At Market Buffet, we love to bring out new flavors in the meat by experimenting with different types of wood. As a rule of thumb, heavier hard woods, like hickory, work better with pork and beef while the lighter ones, like maple fruit, bring out the flavor of chicken and fish.
Did you know we Smoke our Side Dishes too?
We even have smoked side dishes. Yup , certain favourites do really nicely when left on the smoker. For example, who could say no to smoked bacon mac and cheese? Yum. Ask our servers what’s on the smoker next time you come in!
